What to confirm before you start
This guide is for first-time VPNJV users. Start by creating an account, then use the user panel to choose a plan and get your subscription before importing it into the client for your platform. Static installers and public subscription links are not provided on this page; clients, orders, and personal subscriptions are managed in the user panel. This helps prevent outdated files and keeps subscription status aligned with your order.
Before you start, confirm that your device can access the VPNJV user panel and prepare a username and password for the account. VPNJV does not require an email address; registration only asks for a username and password. Store the password securely, since the same credentials are used to sign in, view orders, get clients, and manage your subscription.
This page covers only the essential path to your first connection. For details on route types, billing choices, device sharing, and networking concepts, read the cross-border network service buying guide. For a specific connection problem, visit the Support Center and browse the relevant category.
Create an account and open the user panel
Open the account creation page. You’ll see fields for a username and password. Enter the username you prepared, set a password, and submit the form as instructed. VPNJV does not require an email address, so you do not need to leave the page to receive a message. After submission, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in with the username and password you just set.
If the page returns to the login screen, enter the same username and password. After signing in, check the feature links in the sidebar or at the top of the page. The account overview shows subscription status, the Plans page is for ordering, the client download area provides clients for each platform, and the Orders area shows payment processing results. There is no need to configure everything on your first visit; once these main areas are visible, continue to plan selection.
Your username is essential for identifying the account later. After creating the account, save the username and password in a trusted password manager. If you cannot sign in, do not create several similar accounts. First check that every character is correct and that your input method has not changed any symbols, then follow the login page instructions. More detailed account issues are handled in the Support Center rather than on this page.
Choose a plan and place your order
Open the Plans page in the user panel and decide whether you need an ongoing monthly subscription or data that lasts until used. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets on the activation date each month, making these plans suitable for steady usage and a fresh allowance each month.
Data plans include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until the data is used and never expire, making them better suited to irregular usage or users who want to control their own pace of consumption. Compare more than the total data allowance: consider how continuously you use the service. Devices used regularly may be better suited to a monthly subscription, while occasional use can make a data plan more convenient for keeping unused data.
After choosing a plan, click “Start Using” or “Choose This Plan” on the plan card to open the order confirmation section. The page supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Select an available payment method, check the plan name, data allowance, and amount, then complete payment as instructed. When upgrading a monthly subscription, the price difference is converted into remaining days, so check how much time is left on the current subscription before upgrading.
After payment, return to the user panel and check the order status. Once the order is active, available subscription details will appear in the account overview. If the payment page shows completion but the overview has not updated, reopen the overview and check again instead of submitting the same order repeatedly. VPNJV offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund; refer to the Plans page and Terms of Use for the relevant access point and conditions.
Get your subscription from the user panel
After the order becomes active, open the account overview. In the current subscription section, confirm that the plan is available and look for an option to copy the subscription, import it into a client, or view subscription details. Button names may vary with the panel status, but these options are located in the account overview or client download area; there is no need to look for a public link on a marketing page.
After you click the copy option, the subscription link is placed on your system clipboard. This link is a personal configuration for your account; clients use it to retrieve the route list and future updates. Do not publish it on a public page or repeatedly open it as if it were a normal webpage. When importing, copy the complete link and paste it into the client’s subscription field.
A placeholder value for illustrating the format would be:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
The address above is only a format example and cannot be used to connect. Your actual subscription must come from the user panel after signing in. When copying, preserve everything from the beginning of the link to the end, without dropping parameters or adding spaces. If the client reports an invalid link format, return to the overview and copy it again instead of editing the link manually.
If you do not have a client yet, open the client download area. The client options are organized by platform, and after signing in you can see the available option for your system. VPNJV supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. This page focuses on first-time imports for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
Import your subscription on different platforms
The goal is the same on every platform: get the client from the user panel, find its subscription or remote configuration section, paste the personal subscription link you copied, and run an update. After a successful import, you should see a route list rather than a plain link. The sections below explain where the relevant option is usually located on each platform and what to check after importing.
Windows
In the client download area of the user panel, choose Windows and get the VPNJV client using the method provided on the page. After installation, open the client. The main window, sidebar, or configuration manager usually includes “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Import from link.” Open the relevant option, paste the complete subscription link into the address field, and add or update it.
After importing, return to the routes page and confirm that the list is visible. If the client asks for a configuration name, enter one that is easy to recognize; it only affects local display and does not change your account or plan. Once the route list appears, avoid changing advanced settings and keep the defaults for the connection check.
macOS
In the user panel, choose the client option for macOS. When you open it for the first time, macOS may ask you to approve application permissions; follow the system prompts and continue to the client. The subscription option is usually in the configuration list, menu bar, or Settings page, with labels such as “Add subscription,” “Remote configuration,” or “Import from URL.” Paste the link, save it, and run a manual update.
After the configuration updates, check the menu bar or main client window for route options. If you see only the subscription name and no routes, the update probably has not run; return to configuration management and refresh it. The first connection requires system approval to create a VPN configuration. This is a normal authorization step; approve it and continue to route selection.
Android
Open the Android client area in the user panel and get the VPNJV client as instructed. In the client, look for the add button in the upper-right corner, the configuration page, or subscription management. Choose import from link, paste the complete subscription address, save it, and tap update. Once the configuration is retrieved, the client will show selectable routes or groups.
When you connect for the first time, Android displays a system-level VPN permission prompt. Read it and allow the client to establish the connection, then check whether the client’s top bar or status area changes to connected. If strict background power-saving policies cause instability, see the Android troubleshooting category in the Support Center; this page does not cover settings for different system versions.
iOS
In the user panel, open the iOS client area and use the provided method to access the relevant client. In the client, the URL import option is usually found under Configuration, Subscription, or Add. Paste your personal subscription link, confirm the addition, and run an update. After a successful import, the client will show a route list or default configuration group.
When connecting for the first time, iOS asks for permission to add a VPN configuration and may require confirmation through the device’s system authentication method. After authorizing it, return to the client, choose a route, and start the connection. If the subscription has been added but the list is empty, pull down to refresh or use the update button, then copy the link again from the user panel for comparison.
Regardless of the platform, keep the update option available after importing the subscription. Route changes are synchronized to the client through subscription updates, so reinstalling is not necessary each time. If the route list differs from the user panel later, update the subscription in the client once before deciding whether to import it again.
Connect to a route and verify it works
After importing the subscription, open the client’s route list. For first-time use, choose a region relatively close to your current network, then click the connect button. VPNJV covers 120+ countries / 210+ routes, including IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. The goal of the first connection is not to select one permanent route, but to confirm that the client, system permissions, and subscription configuration can establish a connection together.
After clicking connect, check whether the client status changes to connected and whether the system status area shows a VPN connection indicator. Then open the network check page and confirm that the current egress information matches the selected region. If the page opens normally and the egress region changes accordingly, the initial setup is working.
Next, visit the website or app you actually need and check whether it loads consistently. If it does not open, do not change several settings at once. Disconnect the current route, switch to another route in the same region, reconnect, and test again. This helps distinguish a route-specific issue from a client configuration issue. Once the connection is stable, keep the route that performs well for your use case.
The client can be installed on multiple devices, and VPNJV allows unlimited devices online at the same time. To avoid configuration mix-ups, import the active subscription for the same account into each device’s client and complete system authorization separately. Subscription updates only synchronize configuration; they do not replace the connection check on each device.
How to handle common issues
If the client says the subscription is invalid, first confirm that the order is active, then return to the account overview and copy the complete subscription link again. Do not edit or delete link parameters manually, and do not use the example address shown on this page. Before importing again, delete any configuration you just created that failed to update, so multiple configurations with the same name do not remain.
If the subscription updates but no route connects, first switch to another route in the same region and check whether the system has granted VPN connection permission. If no route connects, restart the client and run the subscription update again. If the issue persists, note the platform, route region, client message, and stage where the problem occurred, then visit the Support Center and open the relevant category.
If the connection is active but the target service is unstable, first determine whether the egress region is unsuitable or the network path to the route is fluctuating. Change only one condition at a time, check the egress again after reconnecting, and retest the target service. Differences between route types, plan selection, and more systematic evaluation criteria are covered in the buying guide.
After completing these steps, everyday use only requires opening the client, updating the subscription, choosing a route, and connecting. When changing devices, repeat “get the client—import the subscription—authorize the connection—verify the egress.” There is no need to create another account or place the order again.
