Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription services provided by VPNJV. By visiting this site, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you must stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNJV provides international route connections, subscription configuration, and client access, covering 120+ countries / 210+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes may change based on network maintenance, regional resources, and operating conditions. Users should rely on the routes actually shown in the user panel.
The service is intended to improve cross-border access routes and connection quality when visiting international websites. VPNJV does not provide third-party websites, applications, or digital content, and does not control third-party account policies, regional rules, content changes, or continued availability. Any relationship between a user and a third-party service is handled by the user and that third party.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for subscription purchases, route connections, and ticket activity under the account. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but account credentials and subscription details are for the account holder and devices they manage only. Users may not disclose, rent, sell, or transfer accounts, subscription configurations, or connection access to unrelated third parties, nor use a personal subscription for resale, distribution on behalf of others, or other commercial distribution.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should manage their usage according to the remaining traffic and validity status shown in the user panel. Effects caused by device settings, incorrect imports, or voluntarily deleting configurations do not change the billing rules for the relevant order.
Lawful Use Requirements
When using VPNJV, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and independently confirm that their network activities have a lawful basis. The service may not be used to intrude into information systems, distribute malicious programs, commit network fraud, infringe intellectual property rights, disrupt network facilities, or conduct other unlawful activities.
Users may not conduct malicious probing, large-scale abuse, or destructive testing of routes, clients, the user panel, or related interfaces. They may not consume service resources in a way that could affect other users' normal connections. When unusual behavior is identified, VPNJV may ask users to stop the relevant activity and take necessary risk-control measures.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device systems, software settings, route maintenance, and third-party service policies. VPNJV maintains and adjusts service resources but does not make fixed promises regarding any particular route, third-party content, or connection result at any specific time.
Information about scheduled maintenance or necessary adjustments will be provided through this site or the user panel. If service changes result from unexpected network failures, infrastructure interruptions, regulatory requirements, force majeure, or other events beyond reasonable control, VPNJV will respond where practicable. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected by these terms.
Suspension and Termination
VPNJV may restrict, suspend, or terminate services for an account in cases including unlawful use, account resale, sharing connection access with unrelated third parties, malicious attacks on service facilities, evasion of ordinary billing, or continued disruption of other users' connections. Where necessary, the service may ask users to explain unusual activity or take account security measures.
Users may stop renewing their subscription. After termination, users remain responsible for actions taken and obligations incurred before termination. Account information and service records are handled in accordance with this site's Privacy Policy.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through an available channel in the user panel and include enough information to identify the relevant order. Whether a payment is the first payment is determined by the account's order history. After a refund is completed, the corresponding subscription benefits may end; applicable law takes precedence where otherwise required.
VPNJV may update these terms based on service content, operational needs, or applicable rules. Updates will be published on this site and apply from the effective status stated in the notice. Material changes will be highlighted through this site or the user panel. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user accepts the updated terms.
